Air Fryer Breakfast Burritos (4/4)

Breakfast burritos are an excellent grab-and-go option, and the air fryer gives them a perfectly crispy shell. Ready in 15 minutes, these are a hearty and satisfying start to the day.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 large eggs, scrambled
  • 1/2 cup cooked black beans
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon or sausage (optional)
  • Salsa for serving

Instructions:

  1. Lay tortillas flat and divide scrambled eggs, black beans, cheese, bell peppers, and meat evenly among them.
  2. Roll up the tortillas, tucking in the ends.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
  4. Place the burritos seam side down in the basket and cook for 6-8 minutes until crispy.
  5. Serve with salsa on the side for dipping.
