Ingredients:
- 8 slices white bread, crusts removed
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup diced strawberries
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
- Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
- Spread cream cheese on each slice and place strawberries on one edge.
- Roll the bread into tight spirals starting from the strawberry edge.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
